Warranty Policy:
At Al-Suwaikat
Gallery, we provide a warranty for all electronic and electrical products sold
through our store against manufacturing defects for a specified period, which
varies depending on the product type, starting from the date of purchase
indicated on the invoice.

Warranty Duration:
- The warranty period varies
depending on the product type and is mentioned on the product page or the
invoice.
- If no warranty period is
stated, the product is not covered by a warranty.
3.
General Warranty Conditions:
- The warranty covers
manufacturing defects only.
- The warranty does not cover
damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, neglect, accidents, or
physical damage.
- In cities and regions where there is an authorized service center, or if the nearest center is less than 80 kilometers from the customer's address, the customer delivers the device to the center for warranty service.If the nearest authorized service center is more than 80 kilometers away from the customer's address, the customer is responsible for sending the device to our store at their own expense. We will handle the warranty process with the agent and reship the serviced device back to the customer.The original invoice or proof of purchase must be presented to avail of the warranty service.

How to Request Warranty Service:
Please
contact our customer service team and provide the product details along with a
copy of the invoice. After reviewing the case, we will guide you on the
necessary steps for the product service.
5.
Products Not Covered by Warranty:
- Consumables such as
sponges, brushes, batteries, and similar items.
- Damage caused by exposure
to water, heat, falls, or misuse.
6.
Warranty Service Timeframe:
The
repair or inspection process may take between 7 to 30 business days, depending
on the nature of the fault and the availability of spare parts.
