How can I track my order?

Once your purchase is completed through our online store, our warehouse team will prepare your order within 48 hours. As soon as the order is ready for shipping, you will receive a tracking number and a direct tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp, depending on the shipping company used.

Why is my order delayed?

Can I exchange a product for another one?

Currently, we do not offer an exchange service. You can return the product, receive a refund, and place a new order. We are working to offer this service soon.

How will I receive my refund if I paid by card?

After we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, the refund will be issued to your card or bank account within 7 business days. It may take an additional 7 to 14 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Do you offer "Cash on Delivery"?

This service is currently available for deliveries within Al Zulfi only. We aim to expand it to other areas in the future.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition. You can submit a return request through your account.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, returns are not accepted for textiles, bedding, towels, opened or used items, or assembled furniture.

Can I return my order for store credit or a voucher?
