Exchange and Return Policy


At Alswaiket Gallery, we care about your satisfaction and guarantee that all our products are new and in excellent condition. Here’s our simplified policy:

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • We will cover all return or exchange costs at no additional charge.

 Shipping Responsibility:

  • We are responsible for the product until it is delivered to you.
  • If you choose a non-listed shipping company, we are no longer liable after the product is handed over to that company.

 Return or Exchange (No Defect):

  • You may return or exchange a product within 3 days, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fee of SAR 29.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • You can visit our main branch, or contact us through:
  • We will send you a return shipping label.

❌ Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Used items or those not in their original condition.
  • Discounted items are only eligible for exchange within 3 days; no returns accepted.
  • If the customer provides a wrong address or phone number, or fails to receive the shipment, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

⏱️ Processing Time:

  • We will inspect the returned product within 3-14 business days.
  • If approved, we’ll either refund the amount or ship a replacement as per your preference.
  • If the item is unavailable, the full amount will be refunded.

⚙️ Electrical Products:

  • For warranty claims on electrical products, please contact us and we will direct you to the nearest authorized service center.

 Order Cancellation:

  • In case of out-of-stock items after purchase, we may:
    • Cancel the order and refund the full amount, or
    • Ship the available items after contacting you.
  • If a technical error or website breach occurs, we may cancel the order and refund the amount within 3–14 business days.
